| 中文描述 | 增殖型天皰瘡是一種自體免疫的濃疱病，可能是良性的或者尋常性天皰瘡的非典型性。特色是多疣狀突起和乳頭狀瘤的增生滲出濃汁，或是被濃汁覆蓋。膿皰和痛是多變的。壓力使水疱擴張的現象可以見到。診斷是依靠臨床症狀、直接抹片、免疫螢光反應測試和皮膚組織切片檢查。 |
| 英文描述 | Pemphigus vegetans is an autoimmune vesiculopustular disorder that may be a benign or atypical form of pemphigus vulgaris. It is characterized by the development of verrucous vegetations and papillomatous proliferations that ooze and are covered with pustules. Pruritus and pain are variable. Nikolsky sign may be present. Dx is based on clinical signs, direct smears, immunoflourescence tests, and skin biopsy. |
